DCIM - 8 - Digital Counter Input Module

Digital Counter Input Module is dedicated to impulse accounting for binary / impulse object output. DCIM can be read:

• via RS-485 interface using Modbus RTU protocol
• via Ethernet or PPP with HI-02 communication module
• via OPC Server (and connected to SCADA or HMI system)

Its output can also be easily visualized with e-FlowNet visualization software over LAN, VPN or Internet.

Module allows connection of up to eight different binary / impulse outputs:

• switch or relay
• open collector
• open emitter
• voltage (24 V DC)

It is equipped with internal, galvanically isolated voltage source lead to terminal strip, what eliminates necessity to use external power source for some kind of outputs.

Information about quantity of counted impulses are available independently for each input.

DCIM-8 can be easily configured via RS-485 interface using e-FlowNet assistant software.

All configuration data is stored in a non-volatile memory. It can be equipped with non-volatile memory module to store counted impulses.
